From Frankfurt to Riyadh

Our Story

The gap that inspired BennaHub.

BennaHub began with a simple realization — that great building-materials products too often stay out of reach of the projects that need them.

01The Spark

A room full of what Saudi projects were looking for.

During a visit to ISH Frankfurt, we were surrounded by an extraordinary range of global building-materials brands, product systems, finishes, and technical solutions.

Many of them were exactly the kind of products that Saudi architects, designers, developers, and project teams look for when they want something different, more refined, or more technically suitable for their projects.

But most of these products were not easy to access from Saudi Arabia.

02The Gap

The issue was not that the products did not exist.

The issue was access.

The path to discover, evaluate, specify, and reach the right supplier was fragmented — split across two sides of the same market, each unable to easily find the other.

03The Buyer's Path

Sourcing scattered across six broken channels.

For buyers, sourcing often meant moving between PDFs, websites, showrooms, WhatsApp conversations, exhibitions, and personal contacts — with no single place to bring it together.

  • Product information was scattered.
  • Technical data was inconsistent.
  • RFQs were often unstructured.

And many strong international suppliers remained outside the reach of the professionals who needed them.

04The Supplier's Path

A different challenge — equally real.

Entering the Saudi project market can be expensive, slow, and relationship-driven. Building local presence from day one is not always practical — especially before understanding where real demand exists.

Expensive market entry

B

Slow, relationship-heavy access

C

Upfront commitment before proven demand
